The goal of these 10 days is to shift the way you think about your health and will

  • Demonstrate the power of small change and its significant impact on how you feel and how you can control how you feel. 

In the end, we aim to improve your health concern/s and to increase your health awareness, confidence and resourcefulness.

I’m not sure I’m in yet… 

  1. I have already changed a lot of my lifestyle and therefore do not think this will help me 
    • We all have blindspots. When we take action and do things that are “uncomfortable” or challenging, we gain insight about what and where our roadblocks are. If you think that you do not need this information, answer the below questions about your yesterday: 
      • Did you sleep for at least 7 hours? 
      • Did you move for at least 30 minutes?
      • Did you breath intentionally and deeply?  
      • Did you drink 1 gallon of water?
      • Did you remove yourself from toxic media exposure? 
      • Did you take time to recognize and be grateful for yourself? 
      • Did you take time to appreciate the people in your life? 
    • If you answered NO to any of the above questions - then you need this information to reveal more to you about what is blocking you achieving optimal health. 
  2. I have something coming up in the next week and therefore this is not the right time for me 
    • WRONG - this is the perfect time as the perfect time is always NOW. The fact that you are considering this excuse is all the more reason that you should join now and see how committing to these small changes will transform how you approach everything. Making convenient changes does not contribute to radical change. 
  3. This seems pretty easy 
    • Yes, it is. And if you keep your mind thinking this way, it will be. But does easy have to be ineffective? No. Having health can and should be easy.
